The Nintendo Switch

Postby GameFreak50 » Mon Oct 24, 2016 2:43 am

So as many of you may know, Nintendo recently just released a trailer reveleaing what the NX is. It is now called the Nintendo Switch and is supposed to be a console/mobile hybird device. Overall I have to say that it is very interesting and I hope it will do well. Though I remain a bit skeptical about a few things. Like how seamless it will be to play on your TV, then pick up and go when you're out and about. Also, the controllers look sorta flimsy, but who knows, they could be pretty durable. I am glad that it is using cartridges, however. I also hope we get more info on it soon. Anyone else have thoughts on it?

I posted a video of it on our Facebook page last week. Looks like it could be really good. A different way to bring your gaming with you. It's certainly a new approach.

Agreed, it feels like a Nintendo gaming machine. I hope it does well.

Only about a week until the Switch is released. So far I am still interested in the Switch and I think it will be a more successful console for Nintendo. Breath of the Wild looks awesome, and so that does that new Mario game, but that doesen't come out until later.

I just don't have the time to get playing it, it is all I can do to manage to get some PC gaming time. A great console though. I hope the WiiU now drops in price, I would like to add one of those to the collection.

The Switch so far seems to be pretty succsseful. A few problems, but I think if Nintendo plays their cards right, they'll fix the issues and get things back on the ball again. Also, I'd like to pick up a Wii-U before they disappear as well.
